Since its establishment more than a decade ago, Nantong Shanjian Anti-corrosion has always attached great importance to product quality issues. In order to deeply understand the core concept of "self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection" and its importance in quality management, the company aims to identify quality issues at the source, intercept them in the current process, and eliminate them before leaving the factory. On November 5th, the company's anti-corrosion coating department organized a special training session on quality awareness, focusing on mastering the responsibilities and specific operational methods of the "three-inspection system". The training was presented by Wang Rui, the production manager of the company's anti-corrosion coating department, and more than 10 workshop technical backbones, team leaders, and frontline workers participated.
1. The first level of assurance: self-inspection - I am the first responsible person for quality
Definition: Self-inspection refers to the process where the direct operator of product processing, after completing each process, utilizes their professional knowledge and inspection tools (such as calipers, micrometers, etc.) to conduct quality inspection on the products they have processed, in order to ensure that the products meet quality standards.
Implementation points:
(1) Operators must be familiar with the product quality standards and processing requirements, and conduct self-inspection in strict accordance with these standards.
(2) Equip with precise detection tools and ensure their accuracy.
(3) Carefully keep self-inspection records, which should include inspection time, product quantity, and any issues found.
II. Second Level of Guarantee: Mutual Inspection - We Are a Collaborative Team for Quality
Definition: Mutual inspection refers to the practice where operators within the same team or adjacent processes mutually inspect the quality of each other's processed products. This mutual supervision approach enables timely detection of potential quality issues, thereby ensuring product quality.
Implementation points:
(1) Mutual inspection personnel should have a certain degree of understanding of the quality standards and processing requirements of the products being inspected.
(2) Conduct inspections using random sampling to ensure objectivity.
(III) Once a problem is identified, it is necessary to communicate with the other party in a timely manner, jointly analyze the causes, and solve the problem.
III. Third level of guarantee: Special inspection - we are the ultimate guardian of quality
Definition: Special inspection refers to a comprehensive and systematic examination of products conducted by dedicated quality inspectors in accordance with specified inspection standards and procedures, utilizing their professional knowledge and equipment to ensure that the products meet quality standards.
Implementation points:
(1) Special inspection personnel need to possess professional knowledge and extensive experience, and be proficient in various inspection equipment and methods.
(2) Key processes and important components must undergo thorough inspection to strictly control quality.
(3) Detailed records and analysis of inspection results shall be conducted to provide a basis for quality improvement.
